About The Position

SharePoint powers content, collaboration, and knowledge for the enterprise. It serves as both the content platform behind Microsoft 365 - including Copilot, Teams, Microsoft Office, OneNote, and Loop - and as one of the world's largest enterprise content management platforms, enabling organizations to build millions of tailored business applications and workflows. We're looking for a Principal Product Manager to help define the next generation of AI-powered experiences that help customers achieve meaningful business outcomes. As AI transforms how organizations work, SharePoint is uniquely positioned to combine content, automation, Microsoft Lists, and business knowledge into intelligent experiences that help customers accomplish their most important work. As a Principal Product Manager, you'll define and drive product strategy for experiences that help customers achieve business outcomes across SharePoint, Microsoft Lists, automation, and Microsoft 365. Working closely with engineering, design, research, applied science, data science, customer experience (CXE), and customers, you'll identify the highest-value opportunities to transform how organizations work with content and AI. In this role, you'll partner directly with customers to understand their business challenges, identify high-value opportunities, and translate those insights into product investments across SharePoint, Microsoft Lists, automation, Microsoft 365, and Copilot. You'll work across engineering, design, research, data science, customer experience (CXE), applied science, and partner teams to shape experiences that connect AI with enterprise content and business processes at massive scale. This is a highly strategic IC role with broad influence across Microsoft. You'll define product direction, build alignment across organizations, and help shape how AI, enterprise content, automation, and workflows come together to help customers achieve measurable business outcomes.
