About The Position

Findem is seeking a seasoned Principal Product Manager to lead a major product initiative. This role involves setting long-term strategy, making business cases for investment, and driving product choices with a focus on AI and machine learning for talent acquisition and people analytics. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with detailed product decisions while maintaining a strategic overview, and will excel at cross-functional collaboration. Requirements

  • 7+ years as a product manager, ideally with startup experience
  • Experience building products that automate or enhance workflows using Agentic and Conversational AI
  • Experience doing 0->1 and 1->10 product building
  • Experience in with B2B PLG products, B2B SaaS (especially for multi-step workflows)
  • Ability to drive short term execution while building towards (and testing) a long term vision

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience with assisting or automating manual workflows
  • Prior experience in recruiting or HR software
  • Prior experience using cutting-edge AI/ML technologies

Responsibilities

  • Lead a major product at Findem, including setting long-term strategy, and making the business case for more investment
  • Own the company’s thesis for the market segment including the target buyer and customer personas and their most important needs
  • Bring robust, first-principle, out of the box thinking to our problem space, and using quantitative and qualitative data to drive your conclusions
  • Work closely with engineering to focus our efforts on the most impactful innovations, owning prioritization, unblocking major issues, and landing product milestones
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, GMs, support, and other stakeholders to drive alignment to the right goals.
