About The Position

Expedia Group is seeking a Principal Product Manager to oversee Customer Data Platform and shape data foundations that power machine learning, personalization, agentic experiences, and predictive intelligence. The role owns data products across domains including customer, partner, competitive intelligence, and destinations, and sets technical direction for product and engineering teams. The person will align stakeholders, represent the team with senior executives, and mentor Senior and mid-level Product Managers. The total cash range for this position in Austin is $224,000 to $313,500, with potential pay up to $358,500 based on sustained performance. Starting pay varies based on factors including location, budget, knowledge, skills, and experience.

  • Drive the customer data and personalization enablement workstream in collaboration with senior leadership.
  • Build data products from raw servicing signals, including voice transcripts, agentic experience logs, and case metadata, to produce predictive insights on service incidents, seasonality, market anomalies, supply quality, and property-level trends.
  • Design and deliver data flywheels connecting insights across eight data domains for personalization, offsite targeting, supply partner conversations, and destination content.
  • Partner with ML scientists, translate model requirements into data product specifications, and shape product decisions based on model needs.
  • Support analytics, servicing, advertising, marketing, and partner product teams, ensuring data products serve partner-facing experiences, dashboards, reports, and agentic experiences.
