About The Position

We're looking for a Principal Product Manager to help shape the future of IXOPAY's payment platform. In this hands-on leadership role, you'll define product strategy and drive execution across our payment orchestration, tokenization, and risk solutions. Working closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Customer Success, and enterprise customers, you'll build AI-enabled products that help merchants improve payment performance, reduce costs, manage risk, and unlock greater value from their payment data. This is an opportunity to influence both long-term platform strategy and day-to-day product execution while helping evolve IXOPOPAY into the leading intelligent payments platform.

Requirements

  • Extensive Product Management experience, including leadership responsibilities within B2B SaaS, FinTech, or payments infrastructure.
  • Deep expertise in one or more of the following: payment orchestration, tokenization, fraud and risk management, payment gateways, acquiring, or payment optimization.
  • Experience building enterprise platform products and APIs.
  • Proven success leading complex cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution.
  • Experience mentoring or managing Product Managers.
  • Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and customer-centric decision-making.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with network tokenization, card lifecycle management, or payment network integrations.
  • Familiarity with PSPs, acquirers, issuers, and alternative payment methods.
  • Experience applying AI or machine learning to product development or payment optimization.
  • Experience working within high-growth FinTech or infrastructure software companies.
  • Experience leading globally distributed teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy and roadmap for IXOPAY's tokenization and risk product portfolio.
  • Help shape our next-generation payments platform, balancing long-term platform vision with customer and market needs.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI to enhance our products and improve customer outcomes.
  • Partner with enterprise customers, payment providers, and strategic partners to understand industry challenges and emerging opportunities.
  • Translate customer insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence into innovative product capabilities.
  • Define and measure success through KPIs including adoption, payment performance, conversion, token utilization, fraud reduction, and platform growth.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Design, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality products from concept through launch.
  • Support go-to-market initiatives with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Champion customer-centric product development and data-driven decision-making across the organization.
  • Introduce AI-assisted product management practices that improve research, discovery, prioritization, and product delivery.
  • Mentor Product Managers and contribute to the growth of the Product organization.
