About The Position

Amazon's Worldwide Vendor Experience team is looking for a Principal Product Manager to define and lead the next generation of experiences for the hundreds of thousands of vendors who power Amazon's retail business globally. This is a rare opportunity to sit at the intersection of retail strategy, product development, and Agentic AI — shaping how vendors discover, manage, and grow their business on Amazon at scale. You will own the product vision and roadmap for the core experiences that enable Vendors to do business with Amazon, working backwards from the needs of vendors across every category, geography, and business model. You will partner deeply with cross-functional teams spanning Retail, Supply Chain, Finance, Tech, and Operations to drive alignment and deliver experiences that are intuitive, intelligent, and transformative.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
  • 10+ years of blending product and program management skills to execute strategic initiatives about process creation, standardization, and improvement experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with end to end product delivery
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience as a product manager or owner

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end product vision for worldwide vendor experience, including vendor portals, dashboards, and self-service tools used by vendors across all Amazon retail marketplaces globally.
  • Obsess over vendor and customer experience — conduct deep discovery through data analysis, usability studies, and direct vendor engagement to identify friction points and unmet needs.
  • Drive the Agentic AI strategy for vendor experience — define and champion the roadmap for next-generation autonomous and semi-autonomous AI experiences
  • Lead cross-functional alignment across Retail Category teams, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, and Engineering to prioritize, scope, and deliver high-impact product initiatives.
  • Define and track success metrics — establish clear KPIs for satisfaction, Cost-to-Serve, and vendor experience; use data to continuously iterate and improve.
  • Influence senior leadership — write compelling narratives, present to VPs and Directors, and earn trust through rigorous thinking and clear communication.
  • Anticipate bottlenecks and make trade-offs — balance vendor needs, technical constraints, and business priorities to deliver results on time and at scale.
  • Stay ahead of the curve on AI/ML capabilities, agentic systems, and e-commerce trends to ensure Amazon remains the best place for vendors to build and grow their business.
