About The Position
This position is eligible for remote work at the present time. The arrangement may be delayed for training or other job acclimation purposes and remains subject to change. As a Principal Product Manager Farmer Insights Applications for John Deere World Headquarters located in Moline, IL, you will: Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Farmer Insights platform (FIT + Operations Center capabilities). Build FIT from a blank page into a trusted, high value product. Determine how insights are generated, prioritized, communicated, and improved. Lead the translation of early discoveries into scalable features across Deere’s platform. Drive product decisions that work across multiple crops, geographies, and customer segments. VISA Sponsorship is NOT available for this position.
Requirements
- 7 or more years of product management experience, with at least 3 or more years leading complex data-driven or AI-enabled digital products
- Demonstrated experience building a net-new product from concept to launch, including customer discovery, MVP definition, iterative delivery, and scaling
Nice To Haves
- Experience with AI/ML-enabled product development, especially products that generate recommendations, predictions, or insights from structured and unstructured data
- Understanding of decision intelligence, recommendation systems, benchmarking products, or closed-loop learning systems
- Familiarity with data governance, privacy, anonymization, and responsible use of aggregated customer data
- Experience with B2B SaaS, enterprise platforms, or ecosystem products that must balance experimentation with reliability and trust
- Exposure to A/B testing, rapid experimentation, hypothesis-driven development, and staged rollout strategies
