We are looking for a Product Manager who lives at the intersection of deep tech and human-centric design. It’s an opportunity to architect the "zero-to-one" financial products that will define the next decade of digital commerce and adopt AI-driven strategies to launch exceptional, predictive experiences. As a successful Product Manager, you will be working in a cross-functional team and you will bring your background and experience working with consumer technology products to build world class fintech products.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of work experience in product management
  • Experience of building and scaling consumer applications with large user base
  • Proficiency in using data analytics and performance metrics (e.g., KPIs, OKRs) to inform prioritization and measure success
  • Strong communication skills to synthesize complex technical topics for executive-level audiences and external partners
  • Ability to execute high value projects while dealing with competing priorities
  • Ability to think strategically with solving short term problems while continuing to focus on long term needs of the business
  • 6 to 10 years of experience in product management.
  • Ability to dive into technical details as needed.
  • Proven experience as a product manager for mobile and web applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to address both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to successfully complete high-value projects while managing competing priorities.
  • Ability to think strategically by solving short-term problems while staying focused on the long-term needs of the business.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience and understanding of payment rails, money movement, lending/credit products, or regulated financial environments
  • Experience in developing products for and collaborating with high-profile clients (companies)
  • Previous experience in product development for large-scale clients and collaboration with them.
  • Experience in technology and design, with a good understanding of agile development processes.
  • Degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent, combined with product management experience.
  • Experience in documenting functional and non-functional requirements and release notes for internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Define the product vision and long-term roadmap for embedded offerings, such as payments, card issuing, lending, or banking-as-a-service (BaaS)
  • Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery and requirement gathering to launch and post-launch optimization
  • Evaluate and work with external partners to integrate third party services into the core platform
  • Design and build core payment services that create a great user experience
  • Partner closely with engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams to align technical specifications with business objectives
  • Work with customer support to identify, prioritize and resolve production issues
  • Navigate complex regulatory environments (e.g., AML, KYC, data privacy) and embed compliance directly into the product design
  • Collaborate with product stakeholders to understand and execute the product roadmap.
  • Work with external partners to integrate third-party services into the core platform.
  • Design and develop payment services that provide an exceptional user experience.
  • Gather requirements and write specifications for the engineering team.
  • Remove business obstacles to facilitate the daily work of the engineering team.
  • Work with customer support to identify, prioritize, and resolve production issues.
  • Document functional and non-functional requirements and release notes for internal and external stakeholders.
