About the position
As a Principal Product Lead at Enigma, you will be responsible for owning and driving the Credit Risk product line. Your role will involve gathering insights from internal and external experts, crafting a compelling vision, and aligning the company towards achieving that vision. You will play a critical role in Enigma's mission of creating a general FICO score for small businesses and unlocking capital for SMBs. Additionally, you will research customer needs, educate others within the company, and build business cases for expanding into new market segments. Responsibilities
- Act as the ultimate end-to-end owner for Enigma's Credit Risk product line
- Take in qualitative and quantitative insights from external and internal experts on the market
- Craft a compelling and convincing vision for winning the market
- Drive alignment within the company to achieve the vision
- Fulfill Enigma's mission of creating a general FICO score for small businesses and unlocking capital for SMBs
- Own Enigma's strategy, product roadmap, and operations for winning the market
- Define the full-funnel user experience
- Research the needs of customers in the use case
- Educate and train others within the company
- Convince the company and the market of Enigma's differentiation and strategy advantage
- Research and build business cases for expanding into new market segments related to Credit Risk
- Bring existing expertise on the market and educate others within the company
- Research and build business cases for expanding into new adjacent use cases and market segments
- Use Enigma's exclusive access to credit and debit card data to build Enigma's Credit Risk product
- Predict delinquencies months in advance and automate SMB credit product approvals
- Grow and lead a product and business line end-to-end
- Have a bird's eye view on a rapidly developing market opportunity
- Find creative and scrappy solutions and practice "lean startup" methodologies
- Build a strong network of fintech leaders
