About The Position

As a Principal Product Designer, you are a visionary lead responsible for defining the future of the HCP user experience, with a particular focus on shaping how AI transforms the way our Pros run their businesses. You don't just design interfaces; you design systems and workflows that leverage AI native tools to solve complex problems for our Pros. A core part of your charter is leading the design of HCP's AI-powered experiences, from intelligent automation to smart recommendations, ensuring they feel intuitive, trustworthy, and genuinely useful to the Pros who depend on them.
