As a Principal Product Designer, Growth, you will play a pivotal role in driving user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization. You will shape the design direction of critical growth levers, ensuring user experiences are intuitive, engaging, and engineered to impact key business metrics. This is a senior IC role for a designer who thrives in complexity and ambiguity, owns high-impact growth funnels end-to-end, and leads through influence, judgment, and data-informed product thinking. You will act as a strategic partner from hypothesis generation and planning to execution and launch, helping to establish what growth excellence looks like for both the design organization and the wider business.
