About The Position

The Leave Management team is seeking a Principal Coordinator to join our team. As The Principal Coordinator, Leave Management, you will perform a wide variety of Leave Management activities including updating key transactions into the HR processing system, answering and managing a high volume of work in Sales Force, ensuring all documentation and system updates are accurate and meet regulatory requirements all with a focus on providing an exceptional associate experience. A successful candidate would offer and implement process improvements to drive efficiencies, compliance adherence and the associate experience. Additional support in auditing, testing and reporting to meet SLA’s. Regular, on-site attendance; at least 3 days per week is required for this role, and overtime may be required as business needs dictate.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
  • At least 1 year of accounting, or payroll management, or working in benefits, or a combination of these

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree or military experience
  • 1+ years experience with Workday HR System
  • 1+ years experience with case management systems
  • 1+ years of experience with leave programs

Responsibilities

  • The documentation of Leave in all HR systems
  • Prioritize work from external HR vendors and fulfills ad hoc HR requests
  • Ensuring accurate data entry of Associate and vendor information
  • Triaging and routing Associate inquiries through ticketing system
  • Working with vendors to monitor administration of Leave and Accommodation benefits
  • Communicates and partners with associates on leave about policy and pay issues.
  • Perform a variety of regularly scheduled and ad-hoc audits of leave management data to maintain compliance with established standards.
  • Provide additional information and guidance to associates with questions concerning their leave management options
