The Leave Management team is seeking a Principal Coordinator to join our team. As The Principal Coordinator, Leave Management, you will perform a wide variety of Leave Management activities including updating key transactions into the HR processing system, answering and managing a high volume of work in Sales Force, ensuring all documentation and system updates are accurate and meet regulatory requirements all with a focus on providing an exceptional associate experience. A successful candidate would offer and implement process improvements to drive efficiencies, compliance adherence and the associate experience. Additional support in auditing, testing and reporting to meet SLA’s. Regular, on-site attendance; at least 3 days per week is required for this role, and overtime may be required as business needs dictate.
