The Principal – GTM Operations & Strategy will serve as a subject matter expert in the evaluation and prioritization of marketing programs and internal transformation initiatives, identifying strategic opportunities to optimize revenue growth. Acting as a primary point of contact for GTM orchestration, this role will collaborate closely with GTM leads across solution practices and business units to drive consistent and successful execution of go-to-market strategies. The Principal will partner with the VP and Head of Marketing within the Digital Growth organization, leveraging data analytics, AI, PMO, and research resources to inform strategic planning and decision-making. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, experienced in strategic project prioritization or transformation project management, and skilled in sourcing data analysis and insights to support marketing and GTM strategy activation.
