Principal - Finance Advisory
About The Position
The Principal - Finance Advisory manages the delivery of finance advisory projects and designs solutions for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. The role collaborates with clients to refine financial strategies, mentors consultants and analysts, and ensures projects align with business goals. The position is hybrid and works a day shift in the United States. The approximate annual base compensation range is USD 165,300 to USD 235,000. Los Angeles, California-based candidates are not eligible. The actual offer may vary based on experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, geographic location, and internal equity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics, or Finance, or a Master’s degree in Finance.
- Proficiency in English at C2 level.
- Required skills include audit responses, audit support, business consulting, client relations, compliance services, critical thinking, data analytics, data visualization, finance, forecasting, people leadership, reconciliations, risk management, sourcing, strategic thinking, and storytelling.
Nice To Haves
- Certifications listed: Certified Public Accountant (CPA); Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA); Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA); Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate; SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP S/4HANA for Financial Accounting Associates (SAP S/4HANA 2021).
