We are seeking a Principal Experience Designer, Agentic Workflows, to join the Applied Intelligence design team in the Experience Foundations organization of the Architecture, Engineering, Construction (AEC) Division. This is strategic design role focused on defining the core interaction model for Autodesk’s future agentic product experiences, with particular emphasis on personalized workflow-oriented surfaces. You will be accountable for designing how users initiate, iterate, and operationalize work with AI, shaping human–AI collaboration patterns that are adaptive, intuitive and contextually focused on outcome-driven rather than task-driven experiences. Working closely with Product, Engineering, Research, Data Science, and Content Strategy, you will translate signals, workflow context, and system intelligence into intuitive product experiences that support customers in the flow of work while modeling strong cross-functional ways of working.
