  • At least 8 years of software engineering experience, specifically in UI or Full Stack Development, with a track record of building scalable enterprise web applications.
  • Hands-on experience setting up frontend toolchains for testing, documentation, and bundling using npm or yarn, Webpack, and monorepo structures.
  • Demonstrated Test-Driven Development experience with frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, or Jasmine.
  • Deep understanding of web security best practices, code vulnerabilities, and type-safe code.
  • Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional technical initiatives, mentor teams, and work in ambiguous zero-to-one product environments.

  • Research, recommend, and implement modern web frameworks, UI architectures, and micro-frontend strategies for high-volume, low-latency security platforms.
  • Work with product management, UX designers, and ML/backend engineers to translate user requirements and AI security concepts into intuitive, high-performance UI workflows.
  • Establish frontend engineering standards, including build processes, CI/CD toolchains, and Test-Driven Development practices.
  • Protect frontend applications by mitigating vulnerabilities, including XSS and SQL injections, and implementing type-safe code practices.
  • Mentor and guide the UI team through code and architectural reviews and promote continuous improvement and user experience quality.
