About The Position

Senior delivery leader responsible for end‑to‑end execution of complex engineering and consulting programs. Owns delivery excellence across quality, cost, schedule, and customer satisfaction while driving scalable delivery models and high‑performing global teams.

Requirements

• 15+ years in program delivery, consulting, or engineering services
• Proven leadership of large global delivery portfolios and teams
• Strong P&L ownership and executive stakeholder management experience
• Automotive / OEM / Tier‑1 delivery experience
• Exposure to Agile / Hybrid delivery models and global delivery setups
• Strategic execution
• Strong people leadership
• Commercial and customer focus
• Change leadership

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of large, multi‑year consulting and engineering programs
• Ensure on‑time, in‑budget delivery aligned to contractual and customer KPIs
• Act as executive delivery sponsor and manage senior customer stakeholders
• Lead global delivery teams; drive workforce planning and capability alignment
• Own delivery financials including revenue, margin, forecasting, and compliance
• Establish delivery governance, risk management, and executive reporting
• Drive standardization, continuous improvement, and delivery transformation
