About The Position

Maxa AI has solved the hard technical problem: transforming fragmented ERP data into CFO-trusted insights in days instead of months. We have the product, the methodology, and an agentic automation platform (Autopilot) that’s already deployed on live engagements. We need a Delivery Principal who can own enterprise customer relationships and delivery outcomes simultaneously. This role requires someone who can be in the room with the CFO, in the workshop with the business stakeholders, and in the review with the architects. You’ll lead a portfolio of enterprise accounts, assign and orchestrate dynamic delivery pods, drive expansion within your accounts, and shape the delivery methodology that scales Maxa from dozens of customers to hundreds.

Requirements

  • 10+ years delivering complex data, analytics, or AI implementations (consulting, professional services, or product delivery at an enterprise scale).
  • Commercial credibility at the executive level: experience managing C-suite relationships, negotiating scope changes with budget implications, and navigating escalations where the account was at risk.
  • Technical fluency: ability to review a data model, challenge source mapping decisions with specificity, and participate in technical architecture discussions.
  • Deep fluency with enterprise systems and processes: ERP, CRM, WMS, and the operational processes they support (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report).
  • Dual-track ownership experience: having owned both the customer relationship and the delivery outcome on the same engagement, with the ability to context-switch between commercial and technical discussions.
  • Bilingual (French & English).

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to translate between CFO language and technical concepts, and vice versa, understanding business implications of technical constraints.
  • Obsession with operational excellence: ability to see patterns across projects and standardize processes; experience building or improving a delivery playbook, methodology, or knowledge management system.
  • CPA, CFA, or financial background that provides credibility in financial metrics, KPI definition, and CFO-facing engagements.

Responsibilities

  • Own enterprise customer relationships end-to-end: from deal close through delivery to expansion.
  • Lead Maxa’s most complex implementations as both the commercial authority and the delivery leader.
  • Be the customer’s executive counterpart, the person their CFO, COO, or CIO calls when they need to understand what’s possible with their data.
  • Lead Steering Committee meetings: present delivery status, navigate strategic decisions, and manage scope change negotiations with commercial authority.
  • Handle difficult conversations regarding timeline pressures, budget disputes, and executive escalations.
  • Identify and drive expansion opportunities within your accounts.
  • Manage delivery governance across your portfolio that keeps customers confident and teams unblocked.
  • Oversee hypercare, UAT, and production deployment, ensuring the customer confirms the solution is live, stable, and trusted.
  • Capture reusable patterns in our delivery playbook and Knowledge Library to improve future engagements.
  • Focus on key metrics: time to operational impact, adoption depth, delivery cycle time, first-pass quality, and customer satisfaction.
