About The Position

Saronic Technologies is seeking a Principal to lead Corporate Strategy within its Corporate Development team. The role translates market, competitive, technology, and customer intelligence into strategic choices about where Saronic should compete, which capabilities it should own, and whether to build, buy, or partner to acquire them. The Principal works directly with the executive team, the Board, and functional leaders, setting the strategic agenda that informs the M&A pipeline, strategic partnerships, and major internal investments. The role aims to help leadership make faster, better-informed decisions based on a rigorous, current view of the landscape and a clear rationale for how each strategic move strengthens Saronic’s advantage. The role also leads long-term strategic initiatives and builds a small strategy team, establishing high standards for analytical rigor, synthesis, and communication.
