About The Position

As a Principal Consultant, Oracle Cloud HCM OTL & Absence, you’ll provide domain, functional, and technical expertise to effectively design and implement Oracle Time & Labor and Absence Management within Oracle Cloud HCM. Acting as a subject matter expert, you’ll provide consulting services and lead clients through the full cloud application implementation lifecycle.

Requirements

• Domain expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM OTL & Absence.
• Functional expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM OTL & Absence.
• Technical expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM OTL & Absence.
• Experience in designing and implementing Oracle Time & Labor and Absence Management within Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Experience as a subject matter expert.
• Experience providing consulting services.
• Experience leading clients through the full cloud application implementation lifecycle.
