About The Position

Designs and develops software applications using programming languages and deploys APIs in the cloud through automation with integrated security and testing. Coordinates and operates an OpenTelemetry platform to provide reliable and secure access to logs, metrics, and traces across a hybrid cloud environment using AWS and Rancher. Instruments, generates, collects, and exports telemetry data to analyze software performance and behavior. Develops cloud applications using IaaS and PaaS capabilities and deploys dashboards and monitors on Datadog. The role contributes to architecture design, defines application-level architecture, and develops applications for complex projects, components, and subsystems. It supports project planning and delivery across multiple platforms, provides technical solutions and risk guidance, serves as a liaison with business units, advises senior management on technical strategy, and mentors junior team members.
