Keurig Dr PepperFrisco, TX
$97,000 - $165,000Hybrid

About The Position

We are seeking a Business Quality Analyst (BQA) – Consumer Goods Retail Execution who brings deep retail execution expertise and a strong focus on quality. This hybrid role bridges business analysis and quality assurance to ensure Salesforce Consumer Goods (CG) Cloud solutions meet business needs, support realworld field execution, and are delivered with high quality. The BQA serves as a domain expert and quality gatekeeper, partnering with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to define clear acceptance criteria and validate solutions end to end. As a Senior Engineer, you will act as the retail execution domain expert, ensuring Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud solutions support realworld field workflows such as store visits, tasks, surveys, promotions, and Perfect Store execution. You will partner with Product Managers and business stakeholders to clarify requirements, identify edge cases, and translate retail execution needs into clear, testable acceptance criteria. You will serve as a quality gatekeeper, validating that solutions are not only technically sound but operationally usable by field sales and merchandising teams. You will design and execute functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) across CG Cloud and related field/mobile capabilities. You will plan and implement testing (e.g., regression, functional, data validation, system integration, load, or performance tests) for new and existing functionality. You will identify gaps early in the delivery lifecycle to reduce rework, defects, and downstream business impact. You will collaborate closely with Engineering, System Integrators, and QA resources to triage defects, validate fixes, and certify release readiness. You will collaborate and share lessons learned regarding performance and reliability issues with all stakeholders including developers, other SREs, operations teams, and project management teams. You will participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and golive readiness discussions. You will provide input into release decisions by assessing business readiness, execution risk, and quality outcomes. You will ensure delivered functionality aligns with retail execution KPIs and operational success metrics, not just stated requirements. You will oversee, design, implement, and manage DevOps capabilities using continuous integration/continuous delivery toolsets and automation.
