Microsoft Advertising is establishing the Tools / TrueCRM Group Product Lead (GPL) function as the dedicated business owner for TrueCRM and related seller tools. This role bridges the gap between seller and sales manager needs, identified in the field, and prioritized product investments, launch plans, adoption strategies, and measurable business results across Microsoft Advertising. The ideal candidate will be a senior individual contributor in the Tools / TrueCRM GPL role, responsible for one or more critical CRM and seller-tooling domains from inception to completion. This involves transforming complex field processes into clear problem statements, business requirements, roadmap priorities, launch plans, and success metrics. The candidate should be comfortable interacting with sellers, sales leaders, Product and Engineering teams, data and telemetry, and executive stakeholders. This is not a standard operations role; it demands deep expertise in CRM and seller workflows, strong product and data acumen, and the ability to lead collaboratively in a dynamic, cross-functional setting without direct authority. Microsoft's mission is to empower every person and organization to achieve more, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and respect with a growth mindset. Starting January 26, 2026, Microsoft AI (MAI) employees within a certain commuting distance of a Microsoft office in the U.S. or internationally are expected to work from the office at least four days per week, subject to local laws.
