Optimize end-to-end processes and systems to remove inefficiencies and improve customer and stakeholder outcomes. Provide structured problem-solving leadership (Lean/Six Sigma) to diagnose root causes and implement sustainable solutions. Build robust business cases and ensure disciplined delivery, including active tracking of benefits realisation and change adoption. Enable consistent transformation ways of working by collaborating with global teams and aligning methodologies, tools, and delivery approaches. Use data, KPIs, and insights to measure success, guide decisions, and clearly communicate progress to leaders. Leverage emerging technology and AI to increase automation, improve efficiency, and foster continuous improvement. Partner with business and technology teams to design and implement technology driven future‑state processes.

Requirements

  • 8–10 years’ experience across business process improvement, data governance, and analytics/reporting
  • Demonstrated experience delivering efficiency gains through technology enablement and AI adoption (e.g., automation, workflow digitisation, and decision-support analytics).
  • Strong project management skills, with proven ability to plan, execute, and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proven leader in team leadership and organisational change, with strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical capability.
  • Advanced problem-solving capability, including root cause analysis and structured methodologies for complex issues.
  • Proven ability to identify inefficiencies, design optimized processes and embed continuous improvement.

Nice To Haves

  • Lean / Six Sigma certification preferred (e.g., Black Belt or Master Black Belt).
  • If you are applying for the role based in the province of Quebec, fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
