About The Position

The hospital is seeking a patient-centered, empathetic physician to join its established Primary & Specialty Care Services team in Hagerstown, Indiana. This is a full-time employed position. The collaborative team includes three nurse practitioners, medical assistants, an office assistant, and a manager.

Office hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The provider schedule is flexible and adjusted based on provider availability. The role is open to newly trained and practicing physicians, and prior experience is not required.

Requirements

• Eligible for or certified in Family Medicine.
• Active Indiana medical license or participation in the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC).
• Must achieve board certification within five years after residency if not already certified.
• Must hold and maintain BLS and ACLS certifications; BLS is required across all specialties, and ACLS is required for sedation privileges.
