About The Position

Reckitt is seeking a hands-on Production Employee to support manufacturing operations in its Filling room. The role involves operating and changing over packaging equipment, completing required testing and documentation, carrying out preventative maintenance and clean-ups, and maintaining a clean and sanitary environment. The employee will work both independently and as part of a team, complete quality audits, and use the Production Reporting database.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and walk or stand for long periods of time.

Nice To Haves

1–3 years of experience in a packaging department.
Experience in a food manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Operate and perform changeovers on Fillers, Seamers, Rotofeed, and additional equipment in the Filler room.
Complete all necessary testing and documentation.
Perform assigned preventative maintenance on equipment.
Perform appropriate clean-ups in the Filling room.
Maintain a clean and sanitary environment.
Use independent judgment and work effectively as part of a team.
Complete all quality audits.
Effectively use and enter information into the Production Reporting database.
