About The Position

Raven Advisory LLC is seeking a Primary Lane Cadre to run and manage training lanes for students. As the lane’s authority, the Primary Lane Cadre sets the patient’s course and judges student decisions against the applicable PWS standards. The position is contingent upon contract award.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited medical school or physician assistant program.
• At least two years of experience working as an MD or PA.
• Former military or special operations experience, or other relevant austere medical experience, such as with search and rescue teams, disaster response, or similar organizations.
• Experience within the past two years as a Lane Instructor delivering a PFC exercise for MARSOC.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned PFC training lane.
• Evaluate students’ assessments, treatment, and clinical reasoning against course standards.
• Serve as a consultant during scenarios and coach students through consults.
• Provide clinical oversight for the course, including reviewing protocols and medications.
• Lead post-lane debriefs.
• Document student results.
