About The Position

Raven Advisory LLC is seeking Assistant Lane Cadre personnel to support training lane operations. The role assists the Primary Lane Cadre in running PFC lanes, including acting as a role player in patient scenarios, applying moulage to create realistic casualties, and keeping lanes set up and on schedule. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Requirements

• At least five years of SOF medical experience as an MOS 18D, SARC, SOIDC, or PJ/USAF Pararescue operator or leader in a Special Mission Unit (SMU), U.S. Army Special Forces, Navy SEALs, Marine Special Operations Command, U.S. Army 75th Ranger Regiment, or another USSOCOM operational unit, including award and retention of the military occupational specialty qualification (MOS Q).
• Experience within the past two years as a Lane Instructor delivering a PFC exercise for MARSOC.

Responsibilities

• Assist the primary lane cadre in running PFC lanes for extended periods.
• Act as a role player in patient scenarios.
• Apply moulage to present realistic casualties.
• Set up, reset, and break down lanes.
• Keep training equipment and supplies stocked and accounted for.
• Observe and record student actions against lane checklists.
• Enforce lane safety and report issues to the primary lane cadre.
