About The Position

One Community Health (OCH), a mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center serving the Columbia River Gorge, is seeking a licensed MD, DO, FNP, or PA to provide comprehensive family medicine services. The position is based at OCH’s clinic in The Dalles, Oregon, and will cover the patient panel of a provider on leave. It is limited in duration from February through July 2027, with the possibility of extension. The position is 0.75–1.0 full-time and offers a collaborative work environment alongside experienced clinicians. Requirements

• Be a licensed MD, DO, FNP, or PA.
• MD or DO candidates must have graduated from an accredited allopathic or osteopathic medical school and hold current board certification.
• NP or PA candidates must hold a current Oregon license.
• Hold DEA licensure in good standing.

Nice To Haves

• Two years of experience in primary care.
• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency.
• Experience with Epic EMR.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive family medicine services.
