About The Position
Rochester Regional Health – St. Lawrence Region is seeking an experienced Primary Care/Wound Care Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join their team in Massena, NY. This outpatient clinic position offers the opportunity to practice medicine autonomously while being connected to a large, integrated health system. The role involves working with Primary Care Physicians, APPs, and clinical support staff, utilizing Epic as the EMR system. Mentorship opportunities are available. Requirements
- MS: Nursing (Required)
- NP - Nurse Practitioner Certification - New York State Education Department (NYSED)
- RN - Registered Nurse - New York State Education Department (NYSED)
- Medium Work: Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
- Requires frequent walking, standing or squatting.
- Experience in Primary Care and/or Wound Care.
- Ability to work autonomously.

Responsibilities
- Work autonomously in an outpatient clinic setting.
