About The Position

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Primary Care Provider/Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan. This is an opportunity to support prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and patient education within a collaborative, team-based environment. The position is at the Easton or Morse Rd location. The provider will conduct examinations and assessments, manage a broad range of conditions, provide primary care support across specialties, perform procedures within their scope, and coordinate care with specialists in ENT, Surgical, and Medical Subspecialties. The role also involves using E-ClinicalWorks for documentation, providing emergency and urgent interventions when necessary, and educating patients and families about treatment plans, prevention, and lifestyle modifications.

Requirements

Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP-C/FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) licensed in Ohio.
Experience in primary care, family medicine, or internal medicine.
Comfort managing a broad patient panel across all ages and backgrounds.
Proficiency in clinical procedures relevant to outpatient care.
Strong communication and empathy skills.
Commitment to teamwork, continuous learning, and high-quality care.

Experience with E-ClinicalWorks EMR.
