The role requires professional conduct in interactions with patients and staff, punctual attendance at clinical sessions and meetings, and leadership appropriate to assigned responsibilities. Full-time work is defined as eight on-site primary care sessions. Each session is five hours, consisting of four hours of direct clinical care and one hour of administrative time. Special administrative projects may be undertaken by mutual agreement. Additional responsibilities may include supervising advanced practice providers and instructing Health Center staff, students, and resident physicians. Teaching responsibilities may be accommodated by reducing scheduled patients per session in some cases.
