About The Position

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Primary Care Provider/Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan. This role supports prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and patient education in a collaborative, team-based environment. The provider will work with specialists in ENT, surgical, and medical subspecialties to support continuity and coordination of care, and will use E-ClinicalWorks for efficient, compliant, and patient-centered documentation.

Requirements

• Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP-C/FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) licensed in Ohio.
• Experience in primary care, family medicine, or internal medicine.
• Comfort managing a broad patient panel across all ages and backgrounds.
• Proficiency in clinical procedures relevant to outpatient care.
• Strong communication and empathy skills.
• Commitment to teamwork, continuous learning, and high-quality care.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with E-ClinicalWorks EMR.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical exams, assessments, and patient histories.
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of conditions.
• Provide primary care support across multiple specialties.
• Perform procedures within scope of practice.
• Collaborate with specialists in ENT, surgical, and medical subspecialties to ensure continuity and coordination of care.
• Use E-ClinicalWorks for documentation.
• Provide emergency and urgent interventions when necessary.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, prevention strategies, and lifestyle modifications.
