About The Position

Primary Care Plus (PCPlus), a value-based care delivery organization, is seeking Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physicians to join our growing team across Louisiana. Our mission is to provide a path of well-being for our patients through high-quality, cost-effective, and coordinated care that delivers superior outcomes and satisfaction. PCPlus offers a physician-led, team-based environment with support from APRNs, RNs, and a dedicated Quality Improvement team. The focus is on quality, not quantity, with 10-16 patients seen per day during 30–60 minute appointments. There is no overnight call and a 4.5-day work week with early Friday departures, allowing physicians autonomy to practice at the top of their license. The organization also provides robust transitional care and high-risk outreach programs, along with consistent feedback on quality measures, diagnostic accuracy, and hospitalization rates.

Requirements

M.D. or D.O
Active, unrestricted Louisiana medical license
Valid DEA and CDS licenses (or ability to obtain)
Board Certified/Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine

Nice To Haves

Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
1+ years of clinical experience in adult, family, or geriatric care

Responsibilities
