About The Position

Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring an Advanced Practice Provider in Globe, Arizona. This is an outpatient primary care role focused on preventative medicine, chronic disease management, and acute patient care across the lifespan. The role offers the opportunity to practice within a mission-driven healthcare organization serving underserved communities, with a team-based clinical structure and strong operational and provider support. Optional minor in-clinic procedures are available based on training and comfort level. The Arizona community offers strong provider autonomy, work-life balance, and meaningful patient relationships.

Requirements

• Board Certified PA-C or Family Nurse Practitioner REQUIRED
• Arizona license or ability to obtain REQUIRED
• DEA license or ability to obtain REQUIRED
• Comfortable treating patients across the lifespan REQUIRED
• Strong team-based care mentality REQUIRED
• Mission-driven and culturally sensitive approach REQUIRED

• Manage acute and chronic medical conditions across patient populations
