About The Position
A growing, physician-focused healthcare organization is seeking a full-time, permanent, Spanish-bilingual Primary Care Physician to join its established network of primary care clinics serving communities throughout Florida. The organization emphasizes high-quality, patient-centered care, collaboration, innovation, preventive medicine, and improved long-term patient outcomes. Strong operational infrastructure and clinical support are intended to minimize administrative burdens so physicians can focus on care and patient relationships. The physician will work with an established patient base and clinical support staff, managing a manageable patient volume. The schedule is Monday through Friday, either 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, with a phone-only call rotation approximately every six weeks. The role is based in Davenport, Florida, with relocation assistance available.
Requirements
- MD or DO.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Active Florida medical license or ability to obtain one.
- Spanish bilingual proficiency required.
- Commitment to preventive, value-based primary care.
Responsibilities
- Provide primary care to patients in a patient-centered clinical setting.
- Support preventive, value-based primary care and improved long-term patient outcomes.
- Participate in a phone-only call rotation approximately every six weeks.
