About The Position

A full-time, permanent opportunity for a Spanish-bilingual Primary Care Physician to join a growing, physician-focused healthcare organization in Clermont, Florida. The organization operates primary care clinics throughout Florida and emphasizes high-quality, patient-centered care, collaboration, innovation, preventive medicine, and long-term patient outcomes. Physicians receive operational and clinical support designed to reduce administrative burdens and help them focus on patient care and relationships. Compensation is a base salary of $250,000–$280,000, depending on experience, with performance-based bonus opportunities. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package, malpractice insurance, a CME allowance with paid CME time off, PTO with negotiable vacation time, relocation assistance, an established patient base, and clinical support staff. The schedule is Monday through Friday, either 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM. The physician participates in a phone-only call rotation approximately every six weeks and manages a manageable patient volume with strong clinical support.

Requirements

MD or DO.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
Active Florida medical license or ability to obtain one.
Spanish bilingual proficiency is required.
Commitment to preventive, value-based primary care.
