About The Position
A growing, physician-focused healthcare organization is seeking a full-time, permanent Primary Care Physician for its Davenport, Florida location. The established network of primary care clinics serves communities throughout Florida and emphasizes high-quality, patient-centered care, collaboration, innovation, preventive medicine, and improved long-term patient outcomes. Providers receive operational support intended to minimize administrative burdens, along with an established patient base, clinical support staff, and manageable patient volume. The schedule is Monday–Friday, either 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM. Providers at this location are required to work one rotating Saturday every two months. The position includes a phone-only call rotation approximately every six weeks. Base salary is $250,000–$280,000 depending on experience, with performance-based bonus opportunities.
Requirements
- MD or DO.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Active Florida medical license or ability to obtain one.
- Spanish bilingual proficiency required.
- Commitment to preventive, value-based primary care.
Responsibilities
- Provide primary care to patients.
- Deliver patient-centered, preventive, value-based care.
- Participate in a rotating Saturday schedule at the location, one Saturday every two months.
- Participate in a phone-only call rotation approximately every six weeks.
