About The Position

We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Primary Care Physician to join a growing, physician-focused healthcare organization on a full-time, permanent basis. The organization is an established network of primary care clinics serving communities throughout Florida and is dedicated to high-quality, patient-centered care.

The organization provides operational support designed to minimize administrative burdens so physicians can focus on patient care and meaningful patient relationships. Its approach emphasizes collaboration, innovation, preventive medicine, and improving long-term patient outcomes. The role includes an established patient base and clinical support staff, manageable patient volume, and a phone-only call rotation approximately every six weeks.

The position is in Clermont, Florida, with a Monday–Friday schedule of either 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM. Base salary is $250,000–$280,000, depending on experience, with performance-based bonus opportunities. Requirements

• MD or DO.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active Florida medical license or ability to obtain one.
• Spanish bilingual proficiency is required.
• Commitment to preventive, value-based primary care.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care to patients in a patient-centered clinical setting.
• Deliver preventive, value-based primary care.
• Participate in a phone-only call rotation approximately every six weeks.
