About The Position

Primary Care Physician opportunity in Port Orange, FL. Join one of the nation’s fastest-growing, primary care groups as a dedicated Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician. This patient-centered, team-oriented practice prioritizes quality over volume, offering a predictable Monday-Friday schedule with low patient volume (12-15 patients per day). A comprehensive 4-week onboarding program, the Physician Learning Journey, ensures support from day one. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team including NPs/PAs, MAs, social workers, pharmacists, lab services, and specialist referral support to enhance patient outcomes. The clinic is designed for better care with spacious exam rooms, family-friendly accommodation, and modern facilities.

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited program.
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
• Active or eligible for a medical license in FL.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care with a focus on quality over volume.
• Manage a low patient volume, seeing an average of 12-15 patients per day.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including NPs/PAs, MAs, social workers, and pharmacists.
• Utilize specialist referral support to enhance patient outcomes.
• Participate in a comprehensive onboarding program.
