About The Position

NIVA Health is launching a dedicated Primary Care service line within its established wellness clinics across Florida and Michigan. This is an opportunity for physicians to build their own patient panel from the ground up, rather than stepping into an existing practice. The role is ideal for physicians energized by growth, autonomy, and the opportunity to build something meaningful, allowing them to help define the future of Primary Care at NIVA Health.

Requirements

Medical Doctor / Doctor of Osteopathy (Required)
Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (Required)
Active, unrestricted medical license in Florida or Michigan (Required)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfort operating in a growth-stage environment where some processes are still being defined

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive Primary Care: preventive, acute, and chronic condition management
Build your patient panel from the ground up, with organizational support behind you
Develop long-term patient relationships centered on continuity of care
Help shape clinical workflows and patient experience for the Primary Care division as it's built
Work alongside an established multidisciplinary clinical and operations team already in place at each clinic
