Requirements

Active and unrestricted medical license or willingness to obtain a license in the practicing state OR have an active Area of Critical Need license in Florida.
At least 3 years of experience in outpatient primary care.

Nice To Haves

Additional training in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver primary care services.
Manage a small patient panel.
Collaborate with a Health Services Team, Regional Physician Coach & Clinical Performance Coach, and Pharmacy Team.
Utilize administrative, financial, and technological resources.
Participate in Collaborative Forums & Operations Management Dashboards & Quality Metrics.
Use Decision Support Tools.
