Requirements

Active and unrestricted medical license or willingness to obtain a license in the practicing state OR have an active Area of Critical Need license in Florida.
At least 3 years of experience in outpatient primary care.

Nice To Haves

Additional training in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics preferred.
Experience in value-based care.

Responsibilities

Provide primary care services.
Manage a small patient panel.
Collaborate with a health services team, regional physician coach, clinical performance coach, pharmacy team, and operations management.
Utilize decision support tools and quality metrics dashboards.
