Requirements

Active and unrestricted medical license or willingness to obtain a license in the practicing state OR have an active Area of Critical Need license in Florida
At least 3 years of experience in outpatient primary care

Nice To Haves

Additional training in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics preferred

Responsibilities

Provide primary care services.
Manage a small patient panel.
Collaborate with a health services team, regional physician coach, clinical performance coach, and pharmacy team.
Utilize provided administrative, financial, and technological resources.
Participate in collaborative forums and operations management.
Monitor dashboards and quality metrics.
Utilize decision support tools.
