We are looking for a primary care physician to join our team full-time at Conviva Primary Care. Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Active, unrestricted medical license in Florida or to obtain
• Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine (or board eligible)
• DEA or to obtain
• Bi-lingual in Spanish and English
• One year+ experience working in value-based health care
• If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB
• Must be willing to participate in on-call coverage by phone

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive outpatient care to adult and senior patients.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Diagnose and manage moderately to complex medical conditions.
• Work with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
