Welcome Health, IncLos Angeles, CA
$260,000 - $319,500Hybrid

About The Position

Welcome Health is redefining what primary care for older adults can look like: deeply personal, relationship driven, and grounded in what matters most to each individual. Built on the principles of geriatric medicine and backed by SCAN Group, Welcome Health delivers care that meets patients where they are, including in home, clinic, and virtual visits. Welcome Health is led by a team of clinicians and professionals who believe healthcare works best when time, trust, and humanity are at the center. Our providers are empowered to slow down, listen closely, and build lasting relationships with the people they serve. That same mindset applies to our employees – we invest in them by fostering a supportive environment where clinical excellence, collaboration, and work-life balance are truly valued. Welcome Health is a place where mission and medicine align – and where meaningful work is done every day, with purpose and pride. At Welcome Health, we utilize clinic based, home based, and virtual models of care. We exist to eliminate the health obstacles that prevent seniors from achieving what matters most. And we believe it all starts in the home, where we deliver primary care that combines the science of aging, modern technology, and the warmth of the kitchen table so the people we serve can spend less time feeling like patients and more time living as their best selves. It’s an ambitious goal that requires a team built from extraordinary and like-minded people who are big-hearted, determined, and patient-centered problem solvers who thrive in team environments and who prioritize integrity, empathy and careful stewardship of the resources needed for great patient care. “Doing the right thing” means doing well by our patients - first, last and always.
