Requirements
- MD or DO with completion of an accredited residency in Family or Internal Medicine
- Board-eligible or board-certified in the relevant specialty
- Eligible for or holding an unrestricted New York medical license
- DEA registration required
- Proficiency with electronic health records
- Strong communication skills and commitment to patient-centered care
