About The Position

The Primary Care Physician at CenterWell Senior Primary Care Decker Blvd. in Columbia, South Carolina will be responsible for managing a panel of patients and capable of handling a variety of health-related problems. Your work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. You will be working full-time and on-site at our Decker Blvd. Clinic. You will report to the South Carolina Associate Medical Director. You will focus on outpatient medicine, continuity of care, health maintenance, and disease prevention. You will keep a medical history and medical records. You will refer the patient to specialists as needed. You are an to influence department's strategy. You will make decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. You will exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5 or more years of technical experience
• Licensure requirements of the state of jurisdiction
• Graduate of accredited MD or DO program of accredited university
• South Carolina Medical License
• South Carolina DEA License
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
