About The Position

Join CareMore’s primary care team in Las Vegas, Nevada, providing comprehensive outpatient care for patients across the lifespan. The physician will have clinical autonomy and collaborate with advanced practice providers and an interdisciplinary team to manage acute and chronic conditions, improve population health, and deliver high-quality, value-based care. This is an outpatient-only primary care role with a primarily outpatient, community-based schedule and operational and care coordination support.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree.
• Active, unrestricted state medical license.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• DEA certification.
• BLS certification.
• Experience in primary care, chronic disease management, value-based care, and population health.

Nice To Haves

• ACLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for patients across the lifespan.
• Manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Collaborate with advanced practice providers and an interdisciplinary team, including care managers, social workers, pharmacists, and specialists.
• Support population health through proactive, prevention-focused, value-based care.
• Improve quality of life and help reduce avoidable hospitalizations.
