Primary Care Physician - Las Vegas, NV (CareMore)
About The Position
Join CareMore’s primary care team in Las Vegas, Nevada, providing comprehensive outpatient care for patients across the lifespan. The physician has clinical autonomy and collaborates with advanced practice providers and an interdisciplinary team to manage acute and chronic conditions, improve population health, and deliver high-quality, value-based care. The role is outpatient-only and follows a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. CareMore describes its model as focused on outcomes and prevention rather than volume, with multidisciplinary collaboration and operational and care-coordination support. The position offers a base salary range of $211,369 to $317,053, a bonus opportunity, and eligibility for the Mosaic Health Profit Shares Program. Actual compensation depends on experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, internal equity, and business needs.
Requirements
- MD or DO degree.
- Active, unrestricted state medical license.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- DEA certification.
- BLS certification.
- Experience in primary care, chronic disease management, value-based care, and population health.
Nice To Haves
- ACLS certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for patients across the lifespan.
- Manage acute and chronic conditions.
- Collaborate with advanced practice providers and an interdisciplinary team, including care managers, social workers, pharmacists, and specialists.
- Contribute to population health improvement and proactive, preventive care.
- Deliver high-quality, value-based care focused on outcomes and reducing avoidable hospitalizations.
